The More Settings window doesn't close when I click OK in a Windows Store app. What should I do?

• This may happen if you select a Duplex printing setting. To use the setting, you may also need to select the Collation setting. Do the following:

  Note: The following information does not apply to Windows 10 Mobile printing.

  1. Select X to close the More Settings window, if necessary.
  2. Open the app's Print screen and select More settings.
     
     
  3. Select Duplex Printing and Collation settings, and select OK.
     
     

  To check for a driver update that may fix this limitation, do the following:

  1. Go to the Epson Support page and search for your product.
  2. Select Downloads.
  3. Either install Epson Software Updater (if available for your product) or install an updated driver. Do one of the following:
     • Epson Software Updater: Select Utilities > Epson Software Updater. Follow the on-screen instructions.
     • Driver Update: Select Drivers > Drivers and Utilities Combo Package. Follow the on-screen instructions.
