s0 Windows 10 Support

After I upgraded to Windows 10, the port setting in the printer driver changed from TCP/IP to WSD. What should I do?

  • The WSD setting will not affect printing; however, you can change the setting back to TCP/IP, if desired. To set the port to TCP/IP, do the following:

    1. Select Windows 10 start > Settings > Devices > Printer & scanners.
    2. Select your printer and select Manage.
    3. Select Printer properties > Ports.
    4. Select Standard TCP/IP Port or create a new port for your printer.
TCPIP Port highlighted on the Ports tab in the Printer properties window
