How do I create a custom page size in Mac OS X 10.4?
A:
Follow these steps:

  1. Open your application and select Page Setup from the File menu.
  2. Select Manage Custom Sizes from the Paper Size drop-down menu.
  3. From the Custom Page Size screen, click the [ + ] button.
  4. Enter your page size dimensions and margin values, then give your custom page size a name.
  5. Click OK to save your settings.


    6. Your custom page size will be listed under the Paper Size drop down menu, after the default page sizes.
