Nice and new
I just set up my printer and found the directions very clear and was able to complete the setup with ease. I am not that technical so was almost in a panic when I started, but I feel so happy that I was able to do it on my own. I have only printed three things so far, but everything looks very good. Thank you for providing a setup that the average person can follow.

Epson NX430 Install on a MacBook Pro w/Lion 10.7
I offer this as a review by someone who has little experience with this recently acquired laptop, it's operating system and with wireless printing in general.
First, about the printer. I looked at all-in one wireless printers for several weeks and the local office supply folks are probably glad I finally made up my mind, as I printed, scanned and copied on just about every unit in the store. Note: they wouldn't let me try the print shop printers. I found that his printer provided the best print and copy quality of units costing hundreds more. The colors were rich and full bodied and the text was very crisp with sharp edges, almost laser like quality out of an ink jet. I primarily use my printers for text and scanning documents, but do a fair amount of copying in both B & W and color and this product exceeded my expectations on all these points. It is a relatively quiet unit and is fast enough for all (of my) general home computing needs. The only down side, if this is one, is that I found the cost of the ink for this printer slightly higher than others in its class while doing the comparison. However, given the quality of the output from the unit, I think the slight increase in the expense is justified, especially since I don't print photos on a regular basis.
I needed wireless because of my laptop purchase and was concerned, to say the least, about setting this up after reading some of the reviews by others and their results during my review process. To my relief, I found I had no issues at all. I unpacked the unit and the first thing out of the box was a piece of paper telling me not to use the installation CD for my PC/OS and go to the support website for instructions. I realized later that this was the key to the uneventful installation (along with having my network name and password handy). The mechanical set up took about 5 minutes (be sure to remove ALL of the blue pieces of tape). I then went to the Epson website and followed the instructions. I chose the drivers and utilities for my OS, started the download and had it installed, printing and scanning wirelessly from my laptop about 20 minutes later.
All in all, this was an exceptional experience with an equally exceptional product of it's type, and I would recommend this all-in one printer to anyone. Good things do come in small packages, just take your time and follow the instructions.

I especially like the size - small and compact, yet does it all. The print quality is the best - as good if not better than my color printer at work which cost a lot more money. But the biggest reason we bought this printer is because of its wireless capabilities. No more unplugging a printer, moving it to the kitchen and hooking it up to my laptop - wonderful.

It was pretty, but not practical
I was going to copy a page from my college book and I stood there holding the book on the (very tiny) copy area, and it took forever. I am not kidding you, it took 5 minutes for a smaller than average page. After standing there for awhile I must have accidentally moved the book because when the page came out, there was a line where the page shifted and continued printing on an angle. If you want to die of old age while copying a simple page, be my guest; but I will be returning this printer. Everything else about the printer is nice, but it is cheaply made.. I pulled the tray out for the paper to come out on and I thought I was going to break it right off.

This printer is a pice of JUNK once one of the ink cart gose down the printer is done .. you can't even print Black and white.. YOU are done...
Print from a iphone forget it it won't work...

Dependable Printer
I've had no problems with this printer. It stays connected and prints properly every time. The ink is somewhat expensive, and the printer is rather slow, but it's a dependable printer at a good price.

decent for the price
Decent printer for the money , great for the designs . I am a crafter so great on the details . Had a little trouble Epson took care of me. with the ink.
