Epson WorkForce 840
I use this printer for our small business in the home office, along with some personal printing of school stuff for my daughter, and some pictures.
It does everything I need and more! I can copy, scan, print, including double sided scanning and printing, envelopes, photos, and probably a few things I haven't thought of yet! It also works with my wireless network, and there's an app to print directly from my smartphone. The ink cartridges that it came with still have plenty of ink after about 5 months of moderate to heavy printing in both color and b&w, and the ink doesn't smear when I highlight my printouts! It has two paper trays with multiple paper sizes, including legal size paper, and an auto document feeder that I've used to send a 54 page fax! And it closes up nicely to prevent dust from collecting in the ADF. I haven't imported pictures directly to the USB port yet, but apparently it has that capacity.
Customer Service was quick, responsive and effectively helped me the one time I needed to call for a scanning question I couldn't figure out on my own.
The one problem I have is I get a line when I use my ADF to scan, fax or copy (it isn't there when I use the flat scanner). I haven't called to see if there is a specific thing I can do for this yet, and cleaning it as suggested in the User's Guide didn't seem to help.
All in all, I am EXTREMELY happy with this all-in-one (that I got on SALE!!!), and I would recommend this for even home use, as it is also very affordable, even at the MSRP.

Great machine
I purchased and have been using the Workforce 840 about 9 months ago. The software was very easy to load... several minutes at the most.
It's connected to two different computers, one through a USB cable and one through the wireless connection and it has worked without fail every time. Great copier/scanner/fax for the price and should I have to purchase another copier or scanner I would get another Epson.

Short life of Work Force 840
This printer worked very well until it died the other day when it was 1.5 years old. We switched from H-P printers, due to frequent service problems with them. It seems there is not a printer out there made to last like they used to a decade or more ago.

Great Printer/Fax/Scanner!
I love this printer/fax/scanner! I've owned mine for over two years and I am constantly impressed with the functionality and quality of the print and scans! The printer is also reasonably frugal on the ink with excellent results.

Easy/Nice results
2nd all-in-one. 1st was an HP which I found more difficult to use and ink cost an arm and a leg. This printer was easy to set up, ink can be found online for dirt cheap and it prints very well.

WorkForce series
This is my 2nd Epson WorkForce printer. My first went through alot of ink but Epson improved that and I love the 840, all in one.The color is perfect.I use it daily for personal and business. The support team is the best.If you have a problem, they assist you in finding the root.I moved and all my printers went on vacation.Nothing worked properly.Hoping this latest download does the trick.Epson is #1 in my book.

Workforce 840
Excellent printer, scanner, etc. The only thing I don't like is that to enter a wireless security code or other number one must click repeatedly through a list. Cumbersome and time wasting. I miss the setup for my former all-in-one, an Epson Workforce 600, that put a keyboard image on its screen and I could press the key images.
