Step 1:To place an order, browse our catalog of products, select the product you are interested in, and click "Buy Now".
Step 2: Choose a shipping address where you want your order sent and a shipping method. Please note that we ship to Canadian street addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or any non-Canadian addresses including the United States. You can click here to see our shipping charges.
Step 3: Select a way to pay for your order. The Epson Store accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express. If you need to enter new card information, you will be prompted for your billing address and card information. For information on credit card security, click here.
Step 4: Review and submit your order. You will be asked to verify your billing, shipping, and payment information. You will also have the ability to review the items and shipping details of your order.
The Process After an Order is Submitted
Epson will e-mail confirmation of your order to your e-mail address of record. This is the same e-mail address that you will use to log into our site to access your account information. Epson will notify you by e-mail when your order has shipped.

Payment for a product purchased through this site is best made by credit card. For a purchase by credit card, you must provide us with all information that we reasonably request for authorization and verification of the purchase. Your order cannot be accepted until authorization and verification have occurred.
Charging Your Credit Card:
We verify your credit card information at the time your order is processed. Your account will be charged only when the merchandise you ordered is shipped. If your entire order is cancelled prior to shipment, no charge will be made to your credit card. If part of your order is cancelled you will only be charged for items that are shipped.
Delay in shipment, or delivery of an installment of your order, will not alone relieve you of your obligation to accept charges to your credit card for product shipped.

Epson may exercise any lawful remedy if a dispute arises over payment. Without limiting the preceding sentence, if your credit card institution refuses to pay us, we may cancel the order or delay shipment. We may also deduct, from any amount due to you, any sums you owe us. We will also be entitled to all reasonable costs of collection, including legal fees.

If everything you order is in stock, we generally ship your order within one (1) business day of receipt of your order and verification of your credit card. The option for next business day shipping is also available for $35. Orders are shipped via Purolator from our North American distribution center.
If you would like to have your package left at your ship to address without requiring a signature, please contact Purolator to have your signature on file. Please note: the package will only be left without a signature if you have a signature on file with Purolator.
IMPORTANT NOTE -- Please provide a street address. Purolator will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Your order will be shipped via Purolator Ground. Orders will be delivered on a business day, Monday through Friday. There's no Saturday and Sunday delivery. Shipping methods other than Purolator are not presently accepted for orders made through this site. Purolator is our only shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery dates are based upon orders received by 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order is placed and approved before 1 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, it will generally ship on the same day from our warehouse. Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday generally ship on Monday. No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee any particular delivery date. Items ordered together may ship separately.
Shipping Outside of Canada:
Although we recognize that many of our customers travel outside of Canada, we are unable to ship to addresses outside of Canada. If you need products for your travel outside of the Canada, please plan your needs in advance of travel or arrange for a Canadian addressee to serve as your package forwarder.

Shipments to Ontario and Quebec by Purolator ground normally take approximately 1-2 business days. Shipments to BC by Purolator ground normally take 4-5 business days. We ship promptly after receipt of an order, so we cannot cancel an order. If you do not want any part of your order, you have the following options:
Do not accept the shipment, or write 'Return to Sender' on the label and have the carrier return it to our warehouse. We will refund you for the items ordered, plus tax, if tax was applied. We cannot refund shipping charges unless we shipped you the wrong or damaged product. Return the item(s) as noted in "Returns and Exchanges".

On this site we try to offer only items currently in stock. However, it is possible that an item ordered will not be in stock. If this happens, we will send you an e-mail letting you know. In the e-mail we will ask you whether you would like us to ship the in-stock items on your order immediately, and to send you a follow-up e-mail when your selected out-of stock item(s) return to stock. The follow-up e-mail will be provided solely as a reminder to you that the item is in stock. We will not ship the item unless you return to our site after notification and reorder the item. We regret that it is not always possible to estimate when out-of-stock items will return to stock.

The price for a product is the price in effect at the time we receive your order. We may change prices from time to time. Occasionally this site may have an incorrect price for an item. If that happens, we will notify you before the item is shipped.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, exclusive of its choice of law rules. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceeding will be the courts located in Toronto, Ontario. In the event that any of the provisions herein are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. Prices, product descriptions and illustrations in this site are subject to change without notice. Inventory of some items is limited to supply on hand.
